We recently photographed a beautiful surprise proposal at Inniswood Metro Gardens near Columbus, Ohio.
Everything was planned in advance so the moment would feel natural and the surprise would stay completely secret.
We arrived early, found the best angle, and waited for the couple to reach the planned location.
Then he stopped, got down on one knee, and asked the most important question.
She said YES.

Inniswood Metro Gardens is one of our favorite proposal locations near Columbus because it offers flowers, greenery, quiet garden areas, walking paths, bridges, and beautiful seasonal scenery.
After the proposal, we continued with a short engagement-style session around the gardens, capturing natural portraits and the excitement of their first moments together as an engaged couple.
